Try another HDMI input. Turn up tv volume

Check the volume level on your TV as well as the sound settings on Firestick

If you bought the Fire stick with Alexa, it has volume control that needs to be programmed for the TV. It should be in the setup menu. Also, check the HDMI connection that it's fully connected. Especially if you use the supplied extension cable.
