Yes, I have a Ruko tv and have the fire stick streaming from it go to the Home Screen and select streaming device icon

Buy a Roku Stick that plugs into the back of your Roku TV Use your iPad to download a casting app That can mirror on your TV Once you have a casting app Any app that is not preloaded on your TV or Roku stick can then be downloaded on your iPad first and cast to your tv
