I ran into this situation also and switched out the batteries in the remote, upon suggestion by my grandson and wouldn't you know it, it worked. Sometimes with modern tech moving forward at its ever evolving pace, the simple steps get left behind, at least for me anyway.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. That's normal if you own the 1080p firesticks. But if you own the 4k firestick then all button will for sure work.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I purchased two of them (within the past month) and they work great on both of my TV's, sound and power for both. I do not have Alexa. The only thing I can think of is to try another HDMI port or if this is an older TV, maybe that is not supported for you. My TV's are over 5 years old and it works fine!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.During setup your remote should have been set up with your particular brand of television to operate the power, volume, and CEC function. You should be able to edit this in the settings menu.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Go into the setting and re pair your remote to your television, it sounds like it was never paired during the setup process, or it was setup on a different television from the one you’re using now
