QuestionMy Kindle e-reader seems to be wearing down. It's not functioning as well as it used to. Can my kindle be fixed? Or do I have to replace it with a new one. If it's replaced, can my saved books be transferred to the new Kindle?

- Answer Once it slows down it’s better to upgrade. As long as you are subscribed to Kindle the books will transfer. If you have other books from other places you’ll need to use an app like Calibre to transfer your books to your laptop then transfer the books to your new Kindle.

- Answer Hi there! The Kindle Oasis is designed for reading with a special e-ink screen that mimics the experience of reading on real paper. Unfortunately this means that it does not support attaching to other devices. It can be used to listen to audio books with an attached Bluetooth device, such as speakers or headphones, but is not designed for playing or capturing music. Hope that helps, have a great day!

- Answer When you first power-up you get an ad for a new book and you can read the ad review or by-pass and go to your current book. That's the only ad you see and there are no ad's during your reading session.

- Answer Sadly, the 10th generation Kindle Oasis covers no longer charge the device. The previous 9th generation Oasis covers had that feature but the 10th Gen removed it. So now the covers die the 10th Gen Oasis is there only as a cover protection for the screen.

- Answer Hello! The Kindle Oasis is a black and white E-reader, so you would not be able to see color illustrations on it. The biggest change between the 9th and 10th generation is that the 10th generation now has an adjustable warm light. Have a great day!
