• No, this SKU doesn't have special offers and, if memory serves correctly, Amazon doesn't even offer the 32 gb 3g version with special offers.

• The last person lied. ALL Kindles come with special offers. You have to pay $20 from your amazon account to remove it. I know so for I owned every kindle including both Oasis.
