A:Answer I would guess that it does have the special offers. If I recall the previous gen 3G one came with them. However it is real easy to eliminate them, just go to your Kindle account, select the content and devices section, select devices, select the which kindle you are wanting to change and unsubscribefrom the special offers. You will pay to unsubscribe when you do, rather than doing at the time of purchase. Not a big deal however I wish they would make the option available at the time of purchase as with the other versions.
