• It's an "experimental" browser... I have fount it will access most websites... No video, but I have accessed gmail... Wifi only though... The cell connection is for Amazon purchases only... Need wifi for the library books

• It should, as long as you are somewhere that WiFi is available. The Voyage is a step or two above the Kindle Paperwhite and has more capabilities.
