• I didn't see it but I would assume that you simply remove the special offers from your account for the $20 fee via the website directly.

• No. They are shipped the versions of All Kindles which include the ads. The website or instructions included with the Kindle will let.you know you can pay a one time fee ( approximately $20) to have them removed. GOOD NEWS...THE ADS DON'T POP UP WHEN YOU ARE READING.

• No, apart from Amazon no other reseller has the rights to sell "ad free" Kindles. But after purchasing you can log into your Amazon account and remove the ads by paying a $20 fee. So ultimately you end up paying the same.
