“Hi, I having an issue regarding clock speed. Sitting at idle, it will bounce from 3.7ghz to 4.3ghz, but under load drops to 3.7ghz and will stay there steadily. Am I suppose to see it hit 4.7ghz (or anywhere > 4.3ghz under these stress tests?”
