• Sorry, I can't say that I 've any experience with that particular MB/chipset. But if it's got a am4 socket about all it may (or may not need: bios and or firmware update (s). My advice: check with MSI;AMD before you purchase.

• Yes. This CPU works on AM4 but it may require a BIOS update. Since some motherboards need a working CPU to update the bios, AMD has a loaner CPU program that people can use but it can be a hassle.
