“Will this work in a hotel? I'm looking for a product to boost weak hotel wifi signals; would this product work for that purpose, is it pretty much plug and play or do you need access to the modem or router for setup?”

• You just need to plug it into your computer and scan for connections and connect to one. If the internet is a secure connection you will need the access code, otherwise you can connect to anything. Just plug in and go to the website that comes with the product. Easy!

• There is no sure answer as some public WIFI networks do not allow extenders to connect or have a splash page where you need to agree to terms and enter login information. The extenders do not have that capability.
