A:Answer no, it does not, there's no way to charge the elite battery back unless you plug it in separately...then you have to unplug the headstrap from the headset to use the charging dock..then when you want to play using the elite charging headstrap, you have to unplug the anker magnetic dongle (and not lose it) and plug the strap into the headset. I wish i would have known this before purchasing the anker charging dock.
