If this is Android, I am hoping you should not have any issues. For Iphone this product is in Beta. I would suggest forgetting this device and going through the pairing again. Before that please reset the device pairings on bolt. For this keep the button on the ROav Bolt pressed for 10 seconds or so... Good Luck.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I had that issue too. I just reset all paired thing from Roav buy long pressing the google assistant button. If you press long enough, yellow led will light up one by one until everything is turned on. Then you successfully reset all paired device from the Roav. Then I just unpaired what was on my Bluetooth setting on the phone, and reconnect. Restarting from the fresh worked.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Try holding the button down on the BOLT for about 10 seconds to restart it.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Same exact issue here. I spent half an hour trying to figure it out, before returning it. I use a Samsung Note 8. FYI the phones google assistant works exactly the same way, so this product is not improving on anything...
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I recommend having the Google Home and Google Assistant app downloaded ahead of time. 1. Close the app/force stop it. 2. Disconnect bluetooth device. 3. Check that Google Home and the Google Assistant apps have all the latest updates 4. Go back to bluetooth settings and find device and connect. Should automatically step through the updates and what not needed
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.@Yesda1 yes I'm using a galaxy S9+
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I was stuck on that screen as well. Are you using a Samsung? It seems that many Samsung's can't use AUX yet, you'll have to just go with Bluetooth.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Use the Google Assistant app instead.
