Yes it comes with a cable. I found that use of the cable might have helped some functions, but made my bluetooth phone conversation connection with my car worse, so I went back to bluetooth connection from device to car.

Yes, it does. It comes with a right angle 3.5 aux cable in black. The right angle is useful for my application. You can always provide your own if you prefer a more premium brand cable.
