- Answer From my comparison, as well as color, it looks to me like the Best Buy 300X includes the strap, where the 300(no X) sold on Anker and Amazon does not include the strap.

Regarding the USB-C input charge watt capability, the C300X requires a minimum USB-C wall charger output of 9V or higher and should be at least 18W or higher (such as a MacBook charger or Anker USB-C wall charger) to activate the device. For effective charging, ensure you use a USB-C PD port.
