“Does this have the loud annoying power on Voice or beep/tone? And does it come on at full volume? Those are my two main issues with Bluetooth speakers.”

No, it doesn't have a loud power on voice/or beeptone. And the volume you have it on is what it stays at, even when you turn it off and on
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.There is a power on noise, but it's a "whoosh" for turning on then "ba dum" for connected. I'd say the first time you power on it is at about 30-50%, but no where near full volume.
