- Answer That is all I use. I use the gallon size freezer bags with the double zipper closure. This type bag lets you evacuate just about all the air out of the bag. I don't use the slider type bags because they don't close as well.

- Answer I have used a five gallon bucket from Home Depot before and just cut a hole in the lid to keep the water from evaporating too much I cooked 15 steaks in the bucket at one time with no problem at all .
