The Antennas Direct ClearStream 4V TV Antenna and the Antennas Direct ClearStream 4MAX TV Antenna are both powerful outdoor/attic antennas designed for long-range reception, but they differ mainly in their design and assembly. The ClearStream 4V includes a wire reflector behind the antenna loops, which focuses reception towards the front of the antenna. The ClearStream 4MAX, on the other hand, does not include a reflector, which allows it to receive signals from the front and the back of the antenna, making it better suited for locations where broadcast towers are spread out in multiple directions. Both antennas include a 20” mast and offer similar overall performance and range, but the best choice depends on the direction and location of the TV towers in your area.
