Q: QuestionI purchased this product and connected it to my HP EliteBook 820 G3. All that I get is an error message stating that there is "no signal". I've used both a USB-C connection and also a USB 3.0 to USB C connection. Still no luck.

Q: QuestionWill it work as a plug and play with the new 2020 MacBook Pro w thunderbolt 3 ports? If so, how much battery drain would it do to it?

• A:Answer Yes, I've been using it with various MBPs since late 2017. Great portable monitor! I also use it as a 3rd external monitor for my work from home setup. When not plugged in, It definitely will drastically reduce battery life. You can turn down brightness of both displays and that helps.

• A:Answer I dont believe so. It is powered by USB Type C which is fairly new. If you MacBook has a USB Type C slot, it would work. Hope that helps :)
