• I know that it can absolutely be done on APC's website but to find out if you can do it at Best Buy you would need to contact your local best buy store.

• you can only trade up via the apc website. you can only drop off your used battery at BB to be eco-friendly

• depending on how long you have had the product would be whether you can return it to Best Buy. I would check with their return policy. More than likely you will have to do it on APC's website.
