Peter: It shouldn't be a problem as long as the load does not exceed specifications of the UPS. I plug 8-port Belkins into them all the time and have never had a problem.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes you can. There are surge protected plugs and battery backup plugs. The more amps you put on the battery backup plugs, the shorter the duration of your battery in the case of a power failure.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I'm pretty sure APC says "NO" but I've been using one of mine that way because I've got so many low powered devices. It hasn't given me any noticeable trouble, yet. It would be nice if there were an explanation why we're not supposed to.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. You can...... as long as what is plugged into the power strip doesn't exceed the wattage output of the UPS. However you probably won't need the power strip because the UPS has multiple outlets to plug into.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Thank you for your inquiry. If you are asking if you can connect a surge protector to the output of the UPS, then this is not a configuration we would recommend. Please refer to our FAQ document FA158852 for additional details on this topic.
