• The Unit will show it is charging on the LCD, and the software when installed and connected via USB will tell you all status about the UPS.

• There is a small battery charge level meter on the LCD screen that indicates the battery charge level and estimated run time. Just press the middle button a few times until you see it.

• Run the self test from software you download from the manufacturer's website. This software has many nice features.

• Just plug it in to a power source and check the read out There is a battery indicator on the read out when you first plug it in the battery is fully charged. You will be able to see it if the power goes out and it has to charge.
