“I need to run a Dell Latitude Rugged laptop, 3nos-72 Watt LED lights and 2 high performance professional cameras for about 6 hours. So is this product enough to do so? If not please recommend me the UPS battery.”

That's not possible with this unit. You will have to go much much bigger to get 6 hours run time. This unit with nothing attached will only run for around 4 hours.

This unit will support 1,000 watts of equipment connected to however you likely won't get that much runtime from the unit. You would need to calculate how much power the equipment will draw to get an accurate measurement of how much time you would get from the UPS. For example if there was 500 watts of equipment connected to this UPS you would get around 23 minutes of runtime. You may want to check out our extended run units so you would have the option to connect external batteries packs to the unit to extend the runtime.
