- Answer I take it to work and back. Almost 5 miles and i still have about 8 bars left. So i use maybe 20% of the battery. I hit speed from 13mph to 22 mph. Hope that helps

- Answer With Geek Squad you can replace the whole scooter. Apollo gives a listing of affiliated shops through out the USA & Canada. But a loca bike shop can probably fix the issue.

- Answer Poor. You can get replacement parts for it, but if some other Shop does the repair it voids the warranty and the protection plan. If you wanna keep the warranty and the Protection plan, then Only the geek squad can do the repair, which can take up to five weeks.
