They recently changed their policy on gift card purchases. You cannot purchase ANY gift card, digital or physical, using a Best Buy gift card...I went through a bunch of b.s. to finally get an official answer, so don't waste your time. I'm assuming it has to do with scammers and such.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.That’s because Best Buy does not allow using a gift card to buy another gift card. I believe it’s that way with most retailers, unfortunately.

The redemption code is in the e-mail so you might have to check your spam box if it does not appear in your regular inbox. (Depends on your personal settings. When you have the card #, you will redeem it at check out as there is an option beneath credit card information as alternative forms of payment.
