A:AnswerAll Open Box items come with full warrantees unless otherwise mentioned by the sales person or the open box label. If there is an exception they have to call it out to you, but there seldom are exceptions.
A:AnswerPen support if you want it. Faster processing. For me it was the move from the 9.7 to 11 screen size. Not as noticeable as I would have thought, but a nice upgrade. It is not a huge upgrade unless your iPad is dated. Mine was going on 4 years old, but was still very functional. My though was if I get the same out of this new one it will be worth it. It is a nice "upgrade", but also not sure the added functionality is worth the nearly $1000 I paid. YMMV
A:AnswerIt does not have a headphone jack, no, but neither do any of the later model iPhones. Bluetooth is definitely the way to go and latency has never been a problem with any Apple device I've ever owned. I've owned every iPhone since the first one was released in 2007. I've also owned about 4 different models of iPads, all with no issues and good Bluetooth audio quality (which is mostly dependent on the headphones you use, not the device they are connected to). The audio on the device itself is good as well - I've never had any complaints about the audio quality of the iPad with no headphones. You can watch videos, yes, but it also depends on what types of video you plan on watching. If you have videos saved to an external device somewhere, the best option would be to upload those to your iCloud storage (if you have it) or to something like Google Drive, both of which you can access through apps on the iPad. Obviously your standard video streaming apps will work fine as well (Netflix, Hulu, etc.).
