“Does this iPad come with a SIM card and if so is it unlocked”

This question is for: Apple - 11-Inch iPad Pro (1st Generation) with Wi-Fi + Cellular - 256GB - Space Gray (Unlocked)

it did not come with a card. I had to get the card from my cell provider. It will work with any provider
