• A:Answer It has a camera built in and a microphone. That part of it should work great. But it would be better to find out what programs your kid's school uses and check for certain that it is compatible. Zoom will work just fine. My nephew's kid's school uses Canvas which will also run on the Mac (Flash has to be downloaded and enabled).
