They are specifying it 7200 rpm. Not fusion and you can add ram to the 27" model. Mac needs tons of ram for some apps. They are notorious ram hogs. Go figure they only give you 8 gigs. Apple is stingy
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.You can add ram to the 27" models. Aftermarket ram is significantly cheaper than buying it from apple. I added 16 gigs to mine for $126.00. For a total of 24 gigs. However apples need tons of ram to multitask especially if you run Adobe programs. Actually they freeze up a lot using Adobe programs.
