• Yes, you get the power adapter itself, the long power cable plus the wall adapter.

• This is an Apple power supply/charger. Although it shows only the power supply and the cable that plugs into the MacBook. rest assured that the two prong adapter and the grounded power cable are included in the box

• It has the extender and actual connection to plug it in. Two cables come with it.

• I apologize I thought it was the iPhone/iPad charging base. The MacBook charger does come with the cables. Sorry for the confusion
