Yes they will. I was able to connect my original AirPods so I don't see why the Pros wouldn't. Just choose the bluetooth output option and connect.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. They should if the Samsung TV supports bluetooth audio connections. That said, there are a lot of cheaper EarPods/headphone options for this purpose. Not that this wouldn't work, it' s just a lot of money for tiny EarPods that could get lost in couch cushions, etc. My personal use of AirPods is about a half hour a day. And that use they don't seem to be wearing out after over a month of use. But I'd look at MPOW and other, cheaper full - ear covering options that might suit you better for TV viewing. If possible, get some alcohol wipes and a friend and borrow some AirPods pro to see if you like them for long duration. For me, itchy ears hits about 30 min to a hour into any pod type design. So for me they're for exercise or lunchbreak at work. Good luck in your search!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. We have a ROKU connected to the TV. We downloaded the ROKU app to my phone. We then connected the AirPods to the phone through the app. Then I select private listening on the app. Then I can listen to the TV through the airpods. I can control the TV volume with the volume controls on the phone. It works great!
