“are these comfortable enough to sleep in them if you sleep on your side? secure enough on ear to not fall out with frequent head flipping on pillow? does anyone know of third party makers of attachable ear hooks to use with these?”

These are extremely comfortable headphones. They stay put as long as they fit your ear properly with the different sized inserts. As a physician I would not recommend sleeping with earbuds in as u can damage the ear canal and eardrum.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.From why I’ve found they aren’t as good as regular AirPods to sleep in, they poke out a bit more and as long as you’re lucky enough for them to fit well in your ear then them falling out isn’t an issue.
