• I’ve had both. I’ve certainly had better luck with the AirPods Pro and keeping them in my ears. The fit is tighter and the stem on them is shorter which causes them to not move around so much or get Knocked out accidentallyThey also come with multiple sizes fittings so that maybe you can get a tighter fit that way instead of the way the normal AirPods are kind of one size fits all

• ive never had a problem with them coming out. weather im doing cardio are HIIT theyve never fallen out.
