• Unfortunately not. The offers you see for free months of Apple Music, TV and Fitness on Apple products are only valid for new subscribers to the respective service. It's more of an offer for an extended free trial with purchase of participating devices.

• The way I understand it is the free Apple Music is for new customers only.
