“are these comfortable . I have an old pair of shure ear buds that i love but want wireless. apple earbuds that come with your phone hurt my ears, not comfortable. wondering about these.”

I’ve never been able to use the ones that come with the phones because they’re painful, but the pro have the soft rubber tips so I’ve had no problem with them so far.

It would be best to try them on. However, I can tell you that the regular earbuds also hurt my wife’s ears and she can wear the AirPods Pro fine without hurting. They’re a bit of a different fit from the regular earbuds and have different size tips to try.
