“How can I order a replacement case because I lost the case but still have the airpod? I searched on Apple and it said that I could get a new case from Best buy.”

I have not heard this before but you can just call them in there open hours and say that you lost your case and if you have warranty or Apple Care Then you can get a new one for free. If not them you will Have to buy a new one.
