I’ve taken a nap with these on but I was supporting my head on my arms. I don’t think these would be comfortable to sleep in if you sleep on your sides. if you sleep on your back or stomach then you should be fine; however, these pods tend to fall/slip out of your ears fairly easily so I wouldn’t use these. You’re probably better off getting the first or second gen of AirPods or getting something else entirely. Hope this helps!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I always put one in one ear only. I don’t think it’s safe to completely block out sound when sleeping, due to possible fire or home invasion. Not good things to be abruptly woken up to if you get my drift! I sleep mostly on my back, so no comfort problems there. But I do think you should be able to sleep on your side with no problems. With one in my ear, I listen to a talk radio station or The Spa channel on IHeartRadio. That’s on my iPad. On my iPhone I have a White Noise app, and I just play that out of the phone speaker. Works pretty good for me
