The Airpods Pro have a noice cancellation feature that silences your surroundings to enhance your listening experience. As for singling out your voice from a crowd, as far as I know, there isn't an explicitly stated feature. Although, I'm sure they have something like that implemented.

Yes in my opinion they do a great job at it so the wife tells me and i am in some pretty noisy environments
