• You can, but it needs to be thin, and clearly state that it supports wireless charging.

• Yes. Choose the case where reviews suggest you can open easily, the top does not fall off and you can wirelessly charge. Also can you see the charge indicator light? These are the features that make a case worthwhile. They are not expensive. Maybe $8 to $16.
