Can you use these in the sauna? null

I believe so. They are water resistant so it most likely not be a problem.

My Airpods Pro have started shutting down about 10 minutes into the sauna for what I am assuming is overheating. I haven't had any other issues after I put them back in the case and use them later. For this reason though I am looking into getting some wireless buds that are directed more towards working out (probably Powerbeats Pro)

They are sweat and water resistant.
