• They stay in as I’m running at the gym and weight lifting, so id say yes they should be snug in your ear for golf. They offer different size ear buds so take advantage of that and change them out of the standard medium is too big or small for your ears. As for how to change them I would look it up on YouTube They are very easy to change

• Yes. The inner tip provides the sealing. even if the outer surface feels loose, inner one doesn’t come out at all
