• no that is not the case they are already out in stores like apple and bestbuy and the shipping varies if you either want engraving or not but it will be around 2-3 days.

• I pre ordered them on 10/28, they were shipped on 10/31 and I got them today 11/01 at noon with UPS. Normally 72 hours but it may vary upon demand.
