I have the same problem. Never been able to wear standard iPhone headphones. However, these fit perfectly and stay put in my ears. They have 3 different size tips for best fit, and have an app that helps figure out which is the best fit. They are very comfortable too.

My 16-year old daughter typically wears children’s earphones because her ear openings are so small. She can’t wear the standard-issue Apple earphones either. But the smallest tip that comes with the AirPods pro set works for her.

It indicated that the small tip was the one that sealed properly. She has not had any issues. Also, the tips have a cushion of folded back material that provides a better and in my opinion more reliable seal than non-Airpods PRO products. My wife uses them all the time and has not issues and finds them very comfortable to wear with excellenbt sound.
