Have you read them the product details for both products?! Doing that will surely help answer your question. The most notable feature IMO is the Pro model has noise canceling and I think they also have a more secure fit

These two features are far superior to those I've tested from brands such as NuHeara ($300+ price range) as well as Bang&Olufsen ($300 price).
