Look I have oddly shaped ears as well, the tips will fit your ear I promise. The largest tip is very big and will help anchor the buds in place along with sort of canal-ling into your ear for added stabilization. I purchased the regular AirPods and the didn't stay in because I also have large ears, the Pro's stay... period.

Unless an aftermarket company has created something like those, you don’t need them because the tips are earbud type instead of the hard plastic earpieces of the originals. I have big ears too and the problem I have with the new AirPods is that the earbuds are too soft and squishy so they almost feel like they’re falling out of my ears. The best thing I do is to clean my ear canal of any oils built up on the skin first then they seem to stick in there pretty well. But they are worth getting for the many features in them.
