That’s very odd... what’s your phone? Did you get it over a year ago? If not then you can go to a apple store and they can fix your phone (most likely free)

Don’t be alarmed this is normal. What it does is that it’s junking out system cache and any processes/overload that may crashed the phone. Hope this answers your question (:
