Yes, you can pair airpods with android devices
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The AirPods will work like any other Bluetooth headphones. What you won’t get is the Apple “magic”. Essentially double tap the ear bud for Siri (but might be able to customize it to something else). It won’t do handoff to non-Apple devices. Handoff means I can use my AirPods with my iPhone, Apple Watch and MacBook Pro and don’t have to disconnect and connect to each device as needed, it figures out what device I want audio from automatically. I am not sure how you would check the battery percent remaining without an iPhone (but the colored light built into the case does a good job anyway).
