• Make sure you have your serial number. You can call apple. They will ship you one out. Or, you can check on eBay, which I wouldn’t trust. I lost my charger, got on apple chat, provided serial number, paid 69.99 and they shipped it right out.

• contact apple support - find the serial number for the airpods and they should match the sound quality for the airpods so they sound equivalent to eachother again.
