“I cannot hear when there is background noise. I think the volume is up all the way....what am I doing wrong? Please help!”

• Nothing. I have the same issue. Not sure if they have noise cancelling but they are not for noisy areas like on a plane next to the wing!

• They aren't the loudest, so make sure they are in your ear correctly & all the way in.

• I had that issue. I reset the headphones and made sure the volume was up on my phone and it worked great thereafter
