• The price should be it. Verify what the warranty is on the refurbished pair, but other wise you will get the same experience.

• The only difference other than price is that they have been used or previously owned. I LOVE to purchase open box items at Best Buy and refurbished items from Apple. Have never had any issues with open box or refurbished items.
